Pilot preparation version
Québec Voix is an offer in preparation. The following describes current operation and proposed terms. The service agreement and full legal identity of the provider must be confirmed before commercial launch.
Portal information
The site stores your sign-in identifier, email, business profile, instructions and submitted requests. This information is used to prepare and track the service.
Payments
Stripe processes payment data. The site stores Stripe identifiers needed to follow your subscription; it does not receive your full card number.
Telephone service
The telephone demonstration uses Twilio to transcribe speech and Google Gemini to generate answers. Our application does not record audio. Conversation context in Twilio Sync expires after one hour; the last exchange is retained in the operator-only log. Use a fictional need without personal or confidential information. Processing arrangements for your business calls must be agreed before activation.
Your access
You can review instructions and requests in the portal. To request correction or deletion, create a support request there. No advertising tracker is added in this version.
